Sanjay is the company founder and CEO. He has spent 25+ years working closely with clients to optimize their practices by staying ahead of healthcare regulations and market changes. The result is competitive, sustainable and profitable medical practices. Sanjay’s expertise lies in solving critical business problems of Healthcare and Insurance entities. Sanjay leverages his business knowledge and strategy experience to cater to clients of MBM. Sanjay earned his Business Management degrees from Seattle University, Seattle, Washington.

Ana has been working at MBM since 1996. Through the years of supporting physicians and medical groups with diverse specialties, she has acquired an extensive knowledge of physician practice management with a main focus in medical billing. She handles a large staff and is always abreast of the constant changes in the healthcare industry. Ana has earned her Bachelors degree in Computer Science from De La Salle University in Manila, Philippines.

Henrick brings to MBM over 15 years of experience in program and database management, operations, and technology from companies such as Microsoft and Cisco Systems. Henrick has extensive background helping clients in the Healthcare and Insurance sectors with their business and technology problems. Henrick is a Computer Network Analyst and earned his degree at De La Salle University, Manila having Bachelor degree of Computer Science and Computer Engineering. He specialized in Computer Networks Security, having Cisco Network Certifications and Microsoft Certifications

As head of Human Resources at MBM, John Paul works with the executive team to ensure the skills and expertise of the MBM staff are always at the highest level. From staff training and coaching to managing employee benefits, John Paul helps to make MBM a highly productive and collaborative environment. He earned his Bachelors degree in psychology at California State University, Northridge.
